Are you new to the Myers-Briggs personality type craze, or have you hopped on the wagon years ago? In case you didn’t know, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (or MBTI®) was established by Isabel Briggs Myers, and her mother, Katharine Briggs to determine personality types acquired by a short questionnaire. The goal of an MBTI test is to make personality type theories accessible for the general public.

Not every personality type is suited for a certain job. There are some personality traits and attributes that can help a person advance in their line of employment. A life coach is a professional who assists people in achieving happiness in their lives, whether it be through mending relationships or through overcoming daily obstacles. To be a life coach, individuals must have the tools and ability to make a difference in people's lives in a number of ways. They should also be able to help clients overcome negative ideas, worries, and the root causes of failure. Because of the specialized qualifications for becoming a life coach, not everyone can succeed in this sector. As a result, with some life coach training, the three personality types that are most suited to be a life coach are ENTJ (the Command), INTJ (the Architect), and INFJ (the Advocate).
People with the ENTJ personality type were born to take charge. These Commanders are charming and self-assured, with a strong determination to succeed. ENTJs are also incredibly inspirational, which is an excellent quality to have as a life coach, as the objective is to inspire people to live a joyful life. INFJs strive to help individuals who are going through a difficult time, no matter what it is. Great life coaches are perceptive, a trait Advocates innately possess. INFJ life coaches have a natural ability to sympathize with and understand their clients' emotions and needs through their “sixth sense”. This can help them form deep bonds with their clients.
Education assistants are specialists that assist people, typically children, with special needs by offering a variety of assistance and instructional techniques in an educational setting. A good education assistant should have graduated from an education assistant program, and be well-versed in a specific disability as well as a variety of educational and developmental techniques. To be successful as an education assistant, individuals must be both patient and collaborative. INFP (the Mediator), ENFJ (the Protagonist), and ESFJ (the Consul) are some of the types who have naturally embraced these characteristics.
INFPs are people who are idealistic and sensitive and feel obliged to serve others. Mediators are empathetic and accommodating of others, and their patience allows them to work effectively with children. INFPs can flourish as teaching assistants because of their accepting attitude and desire to serve others.
As natural born leaders, ENFJs make excellent instructors and coaches. They are also excellent communicators who can see a person's potential and encourage them to build on their talents. A Protagonist’s main goal is to assist their loved ones in becoming the finest version of themselves. Their charismatic quality means they are always willing to provide a helping hand to others, which is useful when working with children with special needs.
There are no personality types that are better suited to be education assistants than the ESFJ. Consuls are the type of people that recall even the slightest details, which makes them ideal for working with children with special needs. The ability of an ESFJ to pay attention to the needs of others allows them to make a real impact in people's lives. They are also pleasant to be around and are sensitive to the sentiments of others. As a result, a Consul's ambience can help them excel as an education assistant.
In Canada, accountants are in high demand, and a career in accounting is a wonderful option for anyone seeking job stability and competitive salary. Regardless, we all know that being an accountant is a difficult profession. Accounting professionals must be able to think critically and solve problems, as well as pay close attention to details while dealing with a company's or an individual's money. Not to mention that accountants must be proficient in a number of software's that are critical to their profession. As a result, the ESTJ (the Executive) and ISTJ (the Logistician) personality types are the best fit for working as accountants.
When it comes to their personality traits, ESTJs are considered to be conscientious and conventional. Executives are excellent organizers who can handle any assignment that comes their way. When dealing with the various tasks that come with the accountant profession, this characteristic might be a huge advantage. Unit clerks are responsible for the day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks of a healthcare unit. They work in hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other health care organizations. Unit clerk programs prepare students to transcribe and process physician orders; schedule patients for tests and treatments; maintain patient records; track data; and perform other essential duties.

ISTPs naturally absorb knowledge from their environment while on the move. They are also adaptive and versatile, with the capacity to change their minds quickly to fit new circumstances. If given enough space and a hands-on challenge, Virtuosos can be very productive in the workplace. They are great organizers who know how to prioritize their responsibilities. As a result, they are natural in stressful situations, like in hospital settings, and can maintain a calm attitude.
The way a user interacts with a website or app is important to UX designers. End-users will have a better overall experience if the interface and design are more personalized and intuitive, which can be achieved by implementing well-thought-out and professional user-centric designs that emphasize utility and purpose. A good UX designer, after completing a UX design course, also builds experiences that customers do not expect but are pleasantly surprised by. UX designers must consider the customer and the overall user experience while ensuring that the product or service meets the needs of the company. The ENFP (the Campaigner) and ISFP (the Adventurer) personality types are most suited for this line of employment.
ENFPs are most driven by professions that allow them to learn new things and express themselves creatively, like UX design. People with this personality type are willing to test out new ideas and pivot as necessary. They are also excellent listeners as they are always eager to consider the perspectives of others. Campaigners are also masters at seeing things for what they could be rather than what they are. In other words, possibilities and contagious enthusiasm for new people, ideas, and activities inspire Campaigners.
ISFPs enjoy redefining relationships, reinventing, and experimenting with new perspectives. Because of their individual vision and simple drive to be themselves, they are natural artists and designers of all types. Adventurer personalities use their creativity and intellect to craft risky concepts that speak to people's hearts as they are so sensitive to others' emotions and have a talent for perceiving things that their audience understands.
Digital marketing is a way to use technology and business skills to connect with customers on the internet. A digital marketer uses this connection to build awareness of brands and products, and to promote them. Because this type of marketing requires unique planning, creativity, and strategy, digital marketers are responsible for many different duties.
With the completion of a digital marketing certificate program, professionals can successfully master a wide range of skills and technology to stay up with the ever-growing digital media platforms they use to create, implement, manage, and measure campaigns. The best personality types to work as digital marketers include ESTPs (the Entrepreneur) and INTPs (the Logician)

Overall, various people with different personalities are better suited for different job paths. But personality types are not the essential criterion for success in a particular line of work. Anyone can succeed in their chosen line of employment with the right education and hard work.
