On Friday, January 17, 2014 the Prometric Test Center officially opened at Ashton College. Ashton College will be the official Prometric Test Center for Vancouver. This means that technology enabled academic, professional and corporate examinations and assessments will be housed right on campus.
Prometric is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Educational Testing Service (ETS) and a trusted provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions. With more than 20 years of experience providing the right test development and test delivery solutions to the world’s most recognized organizations, Prometric has enabled millions of people around the world to advance in their careers, earn more money or better themselves professionally.
This state of the art facility is located on the seventh floor of the Ashton College Campus and has been built from the ground up to comply with specific Prometric standards.
Spearheaded by Ashton College Vice President Jane Chang, the Prometric Test Center is a milestone for the college. Chang saw the Test Center from its conception and tirelessly oversaw each stage of its development from the early stages of construction to its final unveiling. Working closely with Prometric officials, Chang ensured that every element of the center was up to code and met all of Prometric’s rules and regulations regarding computer and seat placement.
Ashton College is proud to be an official Prometric Test Center administrator and is excited for the new services we can offer our students and the Lower Mainland.

Are there lockers at the test center? I’m taking the GRE there in 2 days.

Yes, the lockers are available for you at the test centre. It would, however, be a good idea to bring only your essential belongings to the exam.

Congratulations for the management and staff of Ashton College for taking this great step . I am proud to be a part of your institution. I wish there is a satellite office in Winnipeg, MB so I can work with you. I have a bit of experience in Psychometric Test Administration and assessment .
